Dr. Hestdalen: Broken Food Supply
In today’s industrial-farming world, is our food providing the nutrition we need for optimal wellness? Dr. Darrel Hestdalen shows us that sadly, most food grown does not give our bodies what they need to perform in today’s high stress environment.
In a videotaped address at a wellness workshop, Dr. Hestdalen delivers a powerful talk on the importance of whole food nutrition for better health and exposes the fractures evident throughout our food supply:
- Pervasive nutrient depletion of the soil
- Foods prematurely harvested before maturity
- The rise of genetically engineered crops
- Aggressive use of chemical pesticides and herbicides
- The milling, refining and processing of many foods
Watch the video and learn how people can discover better health, wellness and vitality through supplementing their diet with nutritionals grown from real food.
